Dole & Bailey is proud to partner with Kuro American Wagyu Beef to bring the finest American Wagyu to the Northeast. Curated by the leader of Wagyu genetics in the USA with over two decades of creating the best herds available. Cattle are 50% Black Wagyu and 50% Holstein Jersey Cross; 100% All Natural, raised and fed at the perfect rate for deep consistent marbling. Growth promotents are never used. This program is the definition of luxury beef! It is now stocked in multiple muscles with a "ground in-house" burger program starting soon. 

Dole & Bailey will be offering Red, White and Blue labeled Kuro American Wagyu, with some blended product options when available.
