Manage and direct weekly full carcass breakdown of beef and other species as needed

Maintain relationship with USDA inspector in charge as well as District FSIS office
Maintain relationship with North American Meat Processors Association Science Advisor
Attend seminars and workshops pertaining to operation as needed
Long-Term Goals
Total inventory control, daily production yields
Implement systems to tighten variances, improve yield. productivity, velocity and quality
New equipment, capital budgets, to increase productivity velocity and quality

Our inside sales professionals work in the sales department on location in Woburn Massachusetts. They
work independently and as a team supporting our outside sales team in interacting with chefs and purchasers
of the finest hotels, country clubs, resorts, and institutions in greater New England. The position includes
utilizing our extensive product line of top quality meats, seafood, produce, gourmet/specialty and frozen foods
to assist our existing and potential customers to build their business.
